Establishing Mamma’s Bear wasn’t an easy journey for Puravi. As a female entrepreneur, she faced challenges in finding the right staff and tailors. Although her husband supported her, Puravi handled most of the work herself, including the unfamiliar business aspects. She had to learn every detail, from creating a website to collaborating with marketplaces. Through partnerships with platforms like FirstCry and Nykaa, she boosted her brand’s visibility, resulting in consistent growth.

In less than a year, Mamma’s Bear has processed over 1,000 orders, shipping its products worldwide. One of the brand’s main challenges is driving traffic to its website. Despite running ads and promotions, the customer reach has been slower than expected. Nonetheless, Puravi’s targeted marketplace strategy has significantly boosted her sales. As order volumes increase, production costs are optimized, enabling her to scale her business.
